Nia Jax vs Bayley – #1 Contenders Match

Back from the break and Bayley is out first followed by Nia Jax. Nia goes right to work and takes control early on. Nia with hip attack in the corner for a 2 count. Nia with a submission hold to Bayley. Bayley in the corner, Nia charges but Bayley moves and Nia hits the ring post shoulder-first. Nia charges and runs into a boot. Bayley goes to the top but Nia pulls her off sending her into the ropes followed by a body splash.

Nia with a series of elbows drops and then a leg drop. Nia drags Bayley over to the corner. Nia goes to the second rope when the music hits and out comes Sasha Banks. Sasha walks out to the stage as Nia stares at her. Bayley takes advantage of the distraction and hits a super Bayley-to-Belly suplex for the win.

After the match, Sasha joins Bayley at ringside to celebrate. Nia looks on as they leave together.

Nia Jax vs Asuka (C) (NXT Women’s Championship Match)

Nia Jax is out to the ring first followed by the Women’s Champion Asuka. Asuka starts off with a quick attempt to use her speed to land a few kicks to Nia before getting tossed to the mat hard. Asuka goes for a submission hold and able to lock in the octopus. Jax breaks free, Asuka goes for a guillotine, and Nia powers out. Nia with a side slam. Nia uses the ropes to stretch Asuka before choking her by with her foot. We go to break.

Back from break and Nia is still in control. Officials checking on Asuka. Nia with a series of pin attempts. Nia with a submission hold and Asuka bridges out, but takes a scope slam from Nia. Nia with forearms to Asuka and covers for a 2. Sidewalk slam from Nia, followed by another pin attempt. Back fists and shots from Asuka, but takes a big forearm from Nia. Elbow drop from Nia and a two count. Nia with a modified clutch submission but is reversed by Asuka. Nia reapply the same hold and Asuka with another reversal. Knee bar from Asuka, followed by kicks and chops as Nia fights out. Nia with a shoulder to the gut and slings Asuka off the ropes. Asuka able to drape Nia over the ropes and deliver a big knee. Hip attack from Asuka sends the draped Nia to the outside. Nia catches Asuka on the outside and slams her back onto the apron. Nia takes her time in the ring waiting on Asuka. Asuka attempts to roll back in the ring but takes a leg drop from Nia. She heads out, slams Asuka into the apron, and rolls back in the ring. Asuka with stiff strikes once she get back in the ring. Another hip attack from Asuka. She aapply a triangle submission hold, Nia goes for a power bomb, misses, Asuka looking for her trademark lock, but can’t connect. Nia manages to get Asuka up for a powerbomb and Asuka kicks out at two. Spinning back fist again from Asuka and hits a German suplex to Nia. Nia screams, and Asuka with a final kick to the head for the win.

Back from the break and we get a look back at what happened with Nia Jax and Sasha Banks.

Nia Jax vs. Scarlett Bordeaux

We go to the ring and out comes Nia Jax. Scarlett is at ringside with Charly Caruso. She’s wearing a Sasha Banks t-shirt and wishes Sasha, who inspired her, could be here to see her debut in her hometown.

The bell rings and Nia with a big kick to the gut followed a series of headbutts to Scarlett. Nia tosses her by the hair and goes for a running splash in the corner. Hip splash in the corner by Nia, followed by a Samoan Drop for the win.

After the match, Nia takes the mic and tells Scarlett to choose a better role model next time then hits a leg drop and leaves as her music plays. We get replays as Nia heada up the ramp and officials tend to Scarlett. Nia stares back at the ring before leaving.

Sasha Banks is out to the ring. She has her knee wrapped up and is using a crutch to walk.

Sasha says tapping out three times last night not only almost broke her leg but it broke her heart. She says she and Charlotte have gone to war over the past few months and as much as it hurts her to say, the better woman won last night. Sasha says she calls herself The Boss but she doesn’t feel like The Boss anymore. Sasha calls Charlotte to the ring to look her straight in her eyes and congratulate her. Sasha waits and no one appears. Instead Nia Jax’s music and hits and out comes Nia.

Nia doesn’t care if Charlotte is coming out, she’s here to address Sasha. She says Sasha may be The Boss of these sheeps but she will never be the boss of her. Nia says Sasha’s weak, wounded and most of all just a little girl. Nia looks away and then kicks Sasha’s bad leg out and she goes down. Nia picks Sasha up, yells that she’s the boss and tosses her into the ropes hitting her bad leg hard. Nia picks up the crutch and breaks it. Nia tosses the crutch and leaves the ring as Sasha looks on.

Charlotte knocks Bayley and the rest of Team RAW, calling them peasants. Out come Sasha Banks. Sasha says she’s still owed her rematch from Hell In a Cell and she wants it right now. Charlotte asks Sasha what she thinks about them going at it one more time. Charlotte says she’s on but it won’t be happening tonight. Charlotte says RAW will take place from Charlotte, North Carolina next week. She beat Sasha in Sasha’s hometown and will beat her in hers next week. The music hits and out comes Nia Jax.

Nia says she’s not here for Charlotte. She steps up on the apron and says she’s here for Sasha. Nia knocks Sasha for not being dominant at Survivor Series. She says Sasha is an over-rated, purple-headed Barbie doll. Sasha says when she gets her title back, she will show Nia how over-rated she can be. Nia says Sasha will learn she’s not The Boss when she stands next to Nia. Sasha hit Dana for running her mouth. Nia runs Sasha into the corner and body splashes her. Charlotte gets a cheap shot in while Nia holds Sasha. Bayley’s music hits and she’s out to make the save. Sasha is tossed out of the ring. Bayley gets on the apron but Nia knocks her off. We go to commercial as the two sides stare each other down.

Bayley and Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax and Charlotte

Back from the break and Foley has made a tag match. Charlotte and Bayley go at it. Sasha comes in and keeps control. Bayley comes back in but so does Nia. Nia with a run splash to Bayley and hits elbow drop for a 2 count. Nia tosses Bayley out the ring. Bayley back in the ring and takes a headbutt. Charlotte comes back in and keeps Bayley down. Charlotte with a cheap shot on Sasha.

Nia comes back in and hits another body splash to Bayley. Nia with a choke hold and scope slam. Bayley moves out of the way and Nia hits the mat. Charlotte comes back in and stops a tag. Bayley counters with a monkey flip. Sasha gets the hot tag and unloads on Charlotte, coming off the top with a crossbody. Sasha keeps control and covers for a 2 count as Nia breaks it. Bayley comes in but Nia grabs them both by the throat. They fight her off and hit a double suplex. Charlotte rolls Sasha up for 2. Charlotte blocks the Banks Statement but eventually gets locked in it and taps out.

Traditional Elimination Match: Team RAW (Nia Jax, Bayley, Alicia Fox, Sasha Banks, RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte) vs. Team SmackDown (Natalya, Carmella, Alexa Bliss, Naomi, SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch)

We go right to the ring and out first comes Bayley. Alicia Fox is out next followed by Nia Jax. Sasha Banks is out next. RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair is out last for her team and Dana Brooke is with her. SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch is out first for her team. Naomi is out next, then Alexa Bliss. Team RAW looks on as Carmella makes her way out. Team Captain Nikki Bella is out last. Her music hits but she never appears. Cameras rush backstage to a trainer checking on Nikki. Daniel Bryan and team coach Natalya check on her. Nikki says someone hit her from behind but she didn’t see who it was. The trainer won’t clear her to compete. Natalya steps up and Bryan sends her to the ring to replace Nikki. Natalya’s music hits.

Alicia and Carmella go at it to start. Fox with an early Northern Lights suplex for a 2 count. Carmella takes her down with a flying head scissors. Carmella with a Bronco Buster for a 2 count. Bayley and Becky come in at the same time. Before they can lock up, Charlotte tags herself in. Sasha tags herself in. Sasha and Charlotte start shoving each other as Becky watches. Bayley tries to stop them. Becky upper cuts Charlotte. Every one gets in the ring and brawls now. Nia comes in, tossing Team SmackDown down on her own. Becky with a 2 count on Sasha after the ring clears. Sasha kicks Becky in the face but Charlotte tags herself back in. Becky with arm drags on Charlotte before keeping her grounded.

More back and forth between Charlotte and Becky. Charlotte avoids the Disarm-Her and makes it to the ropes. Nia tags in next. She picks up and rams Becky back into the corner and hit her with a running splash. Carmella tags in and charges but Nia floors her. Bliss tags in but Nia clothesline her. Naomi is in next. She comes off the second rope but Nia catches her and drops her as well. Natalya is in next. Carmella tags herself in and they try to double team Nia but she hits a devastating double clothesline. Fox tags back in but Carmella catches her and tosses her across the ring. Carmella misses a Bronco Buster. Fox slams her face into the turnbuckles several times. Fox hits a scissors kick for the pin. Carmella is eliminated.

Bliss comes in and sends Naomi into the corner. She comes off the top and covers Fox for the pin. Fox is eliminated.

Naomi gets the best of Charlotte. Nia tags in but Naomi knocks her off the apron. Naomi also goes for Sasha. Naomi ends up leaping off the apron and taking Nia out on the floor. More back and forth. Nia sends Naomi face first into the ring post and then slings her off the apron onto the floor. Naomi gets counted out. Naomi is eliminated.

Bliss and Banks go at it now. Natalya is in next. Sasha gets stuck in SmackDown’s corner but forearms Becky off the apron. Banks fights off Bliss and Natalya. She goes for the corner knees on Natalya and Bliss at the same time but Natalya retreats to the floor. Sasha still jumps out and takes her down with knees. Sasha brings Natalya back in but gets rolled up for a 2 count. Natalya with a suplex but Sasha slides out. Bliss stops a Backstabber. Natalya rolls Sasha up for the pin. Sasha is eliminated.

Charlotte and Natalya go at it now. Natalya with a big German suplex. Charlotte goes up for the moonsault but Natalya cuts her off and hits a sitdown powerbomb for a 2 count as Nia makes the save. Natalya with a Sharpshooter. Charlotte makes it to the bottom rope with an assist from Dana. Charlotte hits a big running boot for the 3 count. Natalya is eliminated.

Becky and Bliss argue now. They start shoving each other. Nia charges but they duck her. They go for a double suplex on Nia but she counters and double suplex them at the same time. Becky dropkicks Nia while she’s holding Bliss. Becky with a 2 count on Nia after a double DDT attempt. Becky with the Disarm-Her for the submission. Nia is eliminated.

Nia pulls Becky to the floor and launches her into the barrier. Bliss tags herself in but Charlotte runs over her with a boot. Charlotte covers for the pin. Bliss is eliminated.

Becky and Charlotte go at it now. Becky unloads and hits a suplex. Becky goes to the top for a leg drop and a 2 count as Bayley runs in. Charlotte crawls for a tag and in comes Bayley. Becky stops in her tracks. They meet in the middle of the ring. Bayley drops her for a 2 count. They trade shots in the middle of the ring now. Bayley unloads but Becky catches her in another suplex for a 2 count. Becky goes on but misses a splash. Bayley turns it around for a 2 count. Bayley avoids the Disarm-Her. Bayley with a suplex. Bayley avoids the Disarm-Her again. Bayley catches Becky in the Bayley-to-Belly suplex for the win.

Nikki Bella vs Carmella

The match ends in a No Contest after Charlotte came out from the crowd and her and Nikki begin to brawl. Nikki pull Charlotte over the barrier and they go at it in the ring. The rest of Team RAW rushes the ring and joins in. Carmella comes back in the ring to save Nikki but they beat her down. SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch and the rest of Team SmackDown run out for the save. Both teams brawl before Nia Jax steps in tossing Team Smackdown to the floor. Nia sling Becky by the hair to the floor. Nia looks to run Becky through the barricade but Becky rolls out the way causing Nia to crash through the barrier hard. The segment ends with Team SmackDown standing tall in the ring.
