Savelina Fanene is a former WWE Superstar and E! Total Divas Star. She was a force to be reckoned with in the women's division. Savelina aimed to prove to be the most dominant and fierce competitor that stepped in the ring, and she did just that during her 7-year stint in WWE, where she became RAW Women's Champion and two-time Women's Tag Team Champion etching her name in history for years to come.

There was one thing that was painfully clear when someone stepped in the ring with Savelina: "She was not like most women".

WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles Match: Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler vs. Asuka and Charlotte Flair

Tom Phillips welcomes us to ringside now. He’s with Samoa Joe and Byron Saxton. Out first comes Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler as Mike Rome does the introductions. We see the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions backstage now – Charlotte Flair and RAW Women’s Champion Asuka. Sarah Schreiber asks Flair about focusing with everything else going on, including the drama with Lacey Evans and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Flair is confident about having the advantage while Asuka believes Jax and Baszler aren’t ready for them.. The music hits and out first comes Asuka. She hits the ring and the pyro goes off. Flair is out next and she also gets pyro.

Baszler and Flair lock up to start. Flair takes Baszler down with a headlock. They tangle and trade holds now. They break and Flair levels Baszler with a shoulder. Asuka tags in and takes over as they double team Baszler with kicks and chops in the corner. Asuka takes Baszler down and kicks her again. Baszler comes back and drops Asuka, then levels her with a kick. Jax tags in and toys some with Asuka. Asuka catches a big right hand and applies an Octopus submission in the middle of the ring.

Jax powers out but Asuka kicks her. Flair tags in and knees Jax in the gut. Flair fights Jax off as she gets sent to the apron, and also kicks Baszler off the apron as she charges. Flair goes for a pin on Jax but she kicks out. Flair with a running knee in the corner. Asuka tags back in and unloads with forearms but Jax shoves her away, then levels her with a clothesline. Baszler tags in and stomps Asuka for a 2 count. Baszler grounds Asuka now and focuses on the arm.

More back and forth between the two teams. Asuka and Jax go at it now. Jax nails a big sitdown powerbomb in the middle of the ring but Flair breaks it up for a pop. Flair goes back to the apron and yells at Asuka for the tag. Baszler also waits. Baszler tags in as does Flair. Flair strikes first and then delivers a bunch of chops. Flair launches Baszler and kips up for a big pop.

Flair misses in the corner but catches her for a backbreaker. Jax runs in but Flair kicks her leg out. Flair delivers a double Natural Selection to the challengers and covers Baszler for a close 2 count.

Flair goes to the top but Jax runs interference to help Baszler, bringing Flair down. Baszler comes back in and ends up delivering a big running knee to the face. Flair kicks out at 2. Flair gets sent into the turnbuckle face-first. Asuka leaps off the steel steps to take Jax down on the floor. Baszler sends Asuka over the announce table. Flair goes to the top and hits a big moonsault to the floor, taking both challengers down for another pop. Flair brings Baszler back into the ring but the music hits and out comes The Nature Boy.

Flair seethes as she enters the ring. Ric is all smiles on the stage. Baszler rolls Flair from behind for a 2 count. Flair levels Baszler with a boot. Lacey Evans distracts Flair from the apron but she retreats. Flair applies the Figure Four and bridges it to Baszler but Evans breaks it up and the referee doesn’t see it. Flair takes out Evans through the ropes. Baszler with the Kirifuda Clutch on Flair. Ric checks on Evans at ringside. Flair drops Baszler and applies the Figure Four again but Evans hits her with a Woman’s Right loaded with a foreign object Ric gave her, while Jax has the referee distracted. Jax tags in and delivers a leg drop to Flair for the pin to win the titles.

After the bell, Evans and Ric celebrate on the ramp as the new champions stand tall with the titles in the ring. We go to replays. Baszler and Jax continue celebrating as Flair recovers.

30 Women Royal Rumble

The #29 entrant is new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Nia Jax as Moon drops Lana. Jax helps Baszler up at ringside and they hit the ring together, unloading on Evans and Naomi.

Baszler eliminates Evans. Moon goes for Baszler. Jax eliminates Moon. The champs double team Naomi now and she’s eliminated. Jax and Baszler have some words over Snuka with Jax apparently standing with her family. Snuka and Baszler go at it. Snuka ends up eliminated by both Jax and Baszler now. Jax and Baszler start fighting each other now. Ripley attacks Baszler to break it up. Jax goes for Flair. Baszler slams Ripley on her face. Jax grabs Baszler and tosses her for the elimination.

Lana jumps on Jax’s back but gets slammed. Jax stalks Lana and she jumps through the ropes. Jax follows and chases her around the ring, then back in. Lana slaps Jax. Jax charges but Lana dumps her over the top rope, eliminating her. Jax is furious. The #30 entrant is Natalya now.

Jax and Baszler drop Natalya at ringside now. They enter the ring and attack others, including Ripley, then Belair, then Flair. The referee orders the champs out of the ring and they finally leave after some chaos. They stop at Natalya as fans boo. Jax rolls Natalya in the ring. It’s down to Natalya, Flair, Belair, Ripley, and Lana now. Natalya checks on Lana and hugs her. Natalya attacks Lana from behind and drops her. Natalya eliminates Lana.

Charlotte Flair vs. Shayna Baszler w/ Nia Jax

We go back to the ring and out comes WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Charlotte Flair. The pyro goes off as she heads to the ring. Out next comes Shayna Baszler with Nia Jax.

The first-time-ever match starts off as they lock up. Flair ends up dropping Baszler and kicking Jax through the ropes. Baszler attacks but Flair fights off the Kirifuda Clutch. Flair levels Baszler with a running big boot. Flair goes for the Figure Four and tries to bridge into the Figure Eight but Jax hits the ring and breaks it up with a leg drop for the quick disqualification.

After the bell, Flair is double teamed until Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose make the save. Flair joins them but Lacey Evans attacks Flair from behind. The six-woman brawl continues until RAW goes to commercial.

 

Charlotte Flair, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke vs. Lacey Evans, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

Back from the break and the six-woman match kicks off. Lacey Evans starts off with Mandy Rose. Evans does the Flair strut to taunt Charlotte. They tangle and go to the mat. Evans grounds Rose while Flair taunts her from the apron.

They get back to their feet and Rose drives a knee to the ribs, then grounds Evans. Brooke tags in and they hit a double suplex on Evans. Brooke covers for a 2 count. Brooke drops Evans again and poses, then covers for a 2 count. Brooke with another takedown and a cartwheel into a kick to the face. Evans kicks out at 2 again. Evans ends up tagging in, as does Flair.

Flair and Baszler go at it, countering each other. Baszler unloads with strikes and Flair goes down holding her knee. Flair mounts a comeback with chops to the chest. Flair with a big fall-away slam and a kip up for a pop. Flair taunts Evans, who drops down off the apron in fear. Flair tags in Brooke. Brooke and Rose come in with the double team to Baszler for a 2 count. Rose takes Baszler to the corner and tags in Brooke, who chops Baszler. Flair tags back in but Baszler tries to fight her off. Baszler sends Flair to the apron but she keeps fighting. Flair drags Baszler from the ring to the floor, hitting part of the steel steps on the way down.

Flair warns Jax and Evans at ringside as they stare her down. Flair is out to bring Baszler back in, but apparently Baszler doesn’t beat the 10 count. After the bell, the winners regroup in the ring and stand tall as Evans yells at the referee about how to count.

 

Charlotte Flair, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke vs. Lacey Evans, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

Back from the break and the six-woman match is underway once again. We see how Adam Pearce came out to the stage during the commercial as Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Lacey Evans complained about the finish. Pearce ordered the referee to restart the match.

Dana Brooke is going at it with Jax now. Brooke tries to mount offense but Jax levels her for a 2 count. Evans comes in and takes over on Brooke, stopping to yell at the referee. Baszler comes in and keeps Brooke down, kicking her for a 2 count. Baszler with a big kick to Brooke’s elbow as Jax tags back in. Jax grounds Brooke, putting pressure on her hurt elbow.

Brooke fights up as the crowd tries to rally for her. Jax catches Brooke for a powerbomb but Brooke counters and tries to roll her up. Jax drops down but Brooke moves and she lands hard. Mandy Rose tags in, ducks Evans and knocks Baszler off the apron. Rose runs wild on Evans and kips up for a pop.

Rose rams Evans into the corner and keeps fighting her. Rose with a big pump knee for a 2 count as Baszler breaks it up. Charlotte Flair runs in and hits a Spear on Baszler. Jax runs in and drops Flair. Jax drags Evans to the corner and tags in. Evans pulls Flair to the floor but Flair chases her away from ringside. Brooke dodges Jax in the corner, then drops her for a close 2 count. Brooke goes to the top but Jax cuts her off. Jax presses Brooke from the top to the mat.

Jax grabs Brooke for a powerbomb but turns it into a chokeslam in the middle of the ring. Jax then follows up for the pin to win.

After the match, Jax stands tall over Brooke as her music hits. Baszler joins her and they have their arms raised as we go to replays. Brooke and Rose try to recover at ringside as Jax and Baszler celebrate in the ring.

We go back to the ring and out comes Mandy Rose with Dana Brooke. We go backstage to Shayna Baszler with Nia Jax. Baszler says she’s going to take out Rose again tonight, and then she’s going to the Women’s Rumble Match to dominate everyone, even if it’s her tag team partner. Baszler and Jax argues about Nia carrying the team as they head to the ring. Back to commercial.

Shayna Baszler w/ Nia Jax defeated Mandy Rose w/ Dana Brooke
Jax joined the announcers for commentary. After the match, Baszler stands tall as her music hits and her arm is raised. Brooke comes in to check on Rose as we go to replays. Jax and Baszler have some words at ringside. Brooke leaps off the apron with a dropkick to the back of Jax, sending her and Baszler into the ring post for a big pop. Brooke helps Rose up the ramp as her music starts up and fans cheer them on.

Backstage segment

Back from the break and we see Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler arguing in the back. Caruso walks up and they talk about how they’ve always argued, even when they were champions together. They also point to the current state that Asuka and Charlotte Flair are in. This leads to Jax and Baszler declaring that now is the perfect time to get their rematch for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.

Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler vs. Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose

We go back to the ring and out comes Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and announced for RAW Talk are Jax, Angel Garza, MVP and Bobby Lashley. Jax and Baszler wait in the ring now. Out next are Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke. We get a sidebar video of Rose and Brooke cutting a pre-recorded promo, declaring their spots for the 30-Woman Royal Rumble Match. They threaten to toss Jax and Baszler out. The bell rings and Baszler takes Rose down to start.

Baszler tries to injure Rose’s arm but Rose fights away and tags in Brooke. Brooke runs in and grabs Baszler for a headlock but Jax tags in and levels her with ease. Jax tosses Brooke across the ring. Jax with more offense in the corner for another 2 count. Jax manhandles Brooke and grounds her in the middle of the ring now. Brooke fights free and stuns Jax to get an opening.

Baszler tags in and stops Brooke from tagging out. Rose finally get the tag and goes to work on Baszler. Rose with a Flapjack in the middle of the ring. Rose kips up and rams Baszler into the turnbuckles. Rose unloads in the corner now. Rose with a running knee strike to the face for a 2 count as Jax pulls Baszler to safety and drops Rose on the floor. Jax brings Rose back in and takes a punch, then catches her with the Samoan Drop for the pin but Brooke makes the save just in time.

Baszler runs in and nails a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker to Brooke. Jax with a running splash to both opponents in the corner as fans boo. Jax goes to the second turnbuckle to splash Rose but Baszler quickly tags herself in, then applies the Kirifuda Clutch to make Rose immediately tap out.

After the bell, Jax is shocked by Baszler tagging herself in and saving Rose from the big splash. The music hits as the winners stand tall together but Jax keeps looking at Baszler like something is bothering her.

Charly Caruso is backstage with Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler now. She asks about New Year’s resolution. Jax says her first two are to end Charlotte Flair’s rise to the top before she even begins, and to get the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles back. Baszler walks off but Jax has a third resolution. She is officially entering in the 2021 Women’s Royal Rumble Match. Jax says she will throw everyone else over the top rope and when she wins, she’s going to WrestleMania 37 to face whoever the champion is. Jax wishes a Happy New Year’s to Charly and then walks off. Baszler comes back and says actually she likes that last idea. Baszler then walks off. Tom wonders if Baszler has also entered herself in the Rumble Match.

Charlotte Flair vs. Nia Jax

We go back to the ring and out come the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions – Charlotte Flair with RAW Women’s Champion Asuka. They stop and get pyro, then head to the ring together. Back to commercial.

We go back to the ring and out comes Nia Jax with Shayna Baszler. The bell rings and here we go. They lock up and go at it, then break as Jax talks some trash.

Jax takes Flair down to one knee and controls her by her arm. They break again and Flair ducks a clothesline. Flair with a headlock now. Jax ends up taking Flair to the corner and overpowering her. Jax works Flair around the ring now, controlling by her arm. Jax tosses Flair back to the mat by her arm. Flair fights back and works on Jax’s shoulder now. Flair drops Jax with a big boot. Flair dropkicks Jax to the floor but she’s still on her feet. Flair tells her to come back in as the referee counts. Jax stalls but goes back in at the 7 count. They end up colliding and unloading on each other as Asuka cheers from ringside.

They tangle as Jax holds on to the ropes, forcing the referee to count. Flair backs off and then kicks Jax to the floor again. Flair charges and kicks Jax back into the announce table for a pop. Baszler comes over but Asuka takes her out. Jax ends up running into the post when trying to capitalize and do the same to Flair. Flair turns it back around and brings her back in the ring but Jax sends her into the turnbuckles while blocking a Figure Four. Jax with a splash. Jax covers for a close 2 count as we go back to commercial.

Back from the break and they’re going at it. Flair looks to mount offense with big chops, sending Jax into the corner. More back and forth now. Flair counters a move and slams Jax to the mat, then smiles over her. Flair drags Jax over and goes to the top for the moonsault. Jax gets up and pulls her down. Flair avoids a Samoan Drop, covering for 2.

Jax blocks a running big boot and drops Flair with a big sitdown powerbomb for 2. Flair avoids the leg drop. Flair looks to mount offense now. Baszler gets on the apron for the distraction but Asuka takes her to the floor and takes her out. More back and forth between Flair and Jax. Flair gets the Figure Four locked in but here comes Baszler. Baszler applies the Kirifuda Clutch while Flair has her own submission going but the referee calls the match.

After the bell, Asuka hits the ring to attack but Baszler and Jax retreat. Flair’s music hits as she tares Jax and Baszler down from the ring.

We go right to the ring and out comes Charlotte Flair. She hits the ring as we get a video package showing how Flair returned at TLC as Lana’s replacement, teaming with RAW Women’s Champion Asuka to win the gold from Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler.

Flair says she is in the ThunderDome and what would be the ThunderDome without The Queen. She brags on winning gold her first night back and says nothing has changed with The Queen in the last six months. She then goes on about her partner and friend, who some say is the heart of the division. Flair introduces Asuka and out she comes with both of her titles. Flair and Asuka stand together as Asuka takes the mic. She speaks in Japanese and touts being a double champion as the crowd cheers them on. Asuka says Jax and Baszler were not ready for Asuka, and were definitely not ready for her partner, The Queen. Flair laughs and then nods as Asuka bounces around.

Flair asks what about the RAW Women’s Title and says, “Friend to friend…” but the music interrupts as Jax and Baszler come to the ring. Tom announces that they will face Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose later tonight. Jax and Baszler enter the ring and take the mic. Jax jokes that it took 6 months to heal Flair’s broken arm, but that didn’t clear up her robotic voice. Flair mocks Jax and says she kicked her ass last night. Jax says Santa Claus isn’t the only one with a naughty or nice list but they don’t hand out coal, they hand out beatings… Season’s Beatings. Just ask Lana or Kairi Sane. The music interrupts and out comes Rose and Brooke. Rose and Brooke try to crack jokes on how Jax and Baszler look without the titles this week. They tell them to move over. Brooke and Rose are in the ring now. Flair asks Asuka if she wants to stay and watch this, and she does. Flair calls a referee to come to the ring. Flair’s music hits as she and Asuka head to ringside to watch. The other two teams have words as RAW goes to commercial.

Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

Back from the break and Mandy Rose and Shayna Baszler trade holds & counters to start. WWE Women’s Champions Charlotte Flair and RAW Women’s Champion Asuka are on commentary.

Rose and Baszler continue to go back & forth. Rose takes it to the corner for shoulder thrusts. It’s revealed that Asuka and Flair will work a non-title match tonight against Peyton Royce and Lacey Evans. Dana Brooke tags in and gets the upperhand on Baszler, sending her to tag. Nia Jax comes in and levels Brooke with a headbutt. Jax runs over Brooke and headbutts her to the mat again. Jax continues to beat Brooke around the ring, sending her to the corner for a big splash.

Brooke comes back and hits the back elbow in the corner. Jax stays on her but Brooke sends her spinning with the head scissors. Rose tags in and unloads on Jax, sending her to the floor. Brooke knocks Baszler from the apron to the floor. Brooke and Rose taunt their opponents from the apron. Rose leaps off the apron with a crossbody to Jax. Brooke then flies off the apron to take Baszler down. Brooke and Rose continue posing at ringside in front of the announce table. The champs stand up to get a look.

Rose brings Jax back in the ring but Jax knocks her back to the floor from the apron. Jax follows and ends up launching Rose into the barrier. Jax stands tall as we go to commercial.

Back from the break and Rose is fighting off Jax in the ring but Jax drops her with ease. Baszler takes over and stretches Rose on the mat as fans rally. Jax comes back in and they keep dominating Rose. Rose kicks Jax away but Baszler runs in and knocks Brooke to the apron to avoid the tag. Rose begins to mount offense on Baszler now with clotheslines. Rose with a suplex.

Baszler runs into a back elbow in the corner. Rose unloads on Baszler in the corner now. Rose with a big knee strike to Baszler as Brooke follows up with a splash for a 2 count. Brooke drops Baszler again. Brooke goes to the top for the Swanton but Jax pulls Brooke to the floor to break the count. Rose leaps off the apron to take Jax down. Brooke with the springboard forearm to send Jax into the apron on the floor. Baszler levels Rose with a kick to the face from the ring.

Brooke comes in and tries to finish Baszler but Baszler decks her and hits a big backbreaker. Brooke has no one to tag. She tangles with Baszler some more but Baszler goes right into the Kirifuda Clutch for the win.

After the match, Baszler and Jax stand tall as the music hits. Baszler and Jax taunt the champs from the apron but Brooke and Rose come from behind, knocking Jax and Baszler to the floor.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles Match: Asuka and Charlotte Flair vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler

We go back to the ring and out first are WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. Tom talks about injuries Lana suffered on RAW. Out next is RAW Women’s Champion Asuka. The pyro hits as Asuka heads to the ring to wait for her mystery partner. The music hits and out comes Charlotte Flair making her big return to replace Lana. The champs are shocked.

Baszler and Asuka start things off, going to the mat and trading holds. Baszler with big kicks. Asuka ducks the third strike and delivers kicks of her own. Baszler catches one but they go back to the mat with counters. Baszler goes to stomp on the arm but Asuka escapes. Flair tags in for a pop. They tangle and Baszler and Flair have words. Jax tags in and argues with Flair. Jax takes it to the corner but misses a splash. Flair with a headlock. They collide with shoulders in the middle of the ring. Flair kicks Jax and applies a headlock, tagging in Asuka for a quick double team.

Asuka and Jax trade offense now. Asuka with the double knees. Jax grabs Asuka off the top and blocks a sunset flip. Jax with a headbutt. Jax sends Asuka shoulder-first into the ring post. Baszler tags in and they double team Asuka, focusing on the left arm. Baszler grounds Asuka and twists her arm around. Asuka tries to fight back but gets clotheslined then sent to the corner, and out into the barrier eventually. Jax and Baszler continue to dominate Asuka. Asuka and Baszler go at it. Asuka looks to capitalize but Baszler drops her for a 2 count.

Jax is legal now as Asuka goes to the floor to recover. Jax tries to send Asuka into the ring post but she slides out and hits a spinning back fist. Asuka continues fighting Jax off in the ring. Asuka goes to tag but Baszler pulls Flair off to the floor. Flair fights her off and tags in. Flair unloads on Jax with chops now.

Flair with a running big boot to Jax’s face. Baszler runs in but Flair stops her and launches her with a suplex. Flair kips up for a pop. Flair with a forearm to Jax in the corner, then a big stomp to the knee. Flair levels Jax for a close 2 count in the middle of the ring. Baszler tries to pull Jax to safety but Asuka cuts her off on the outside. Flair goes to the top and hits a huge moonsault to the floor, taking both champions down. Flair brings Jax back in the ring.

Jax kicks Flair’s Figure Four attempt off. Jax scoops Flair for a Samoan Drop but she fights out. Jax doesn’t see the tag but she hits Flair with the Samoan Drop. Asuka with a missile dropkick to Jax. Baszler tags in and goes at it with Asuka. Asuka fights off the Kirifuda Clutch. Baszler resists the Asuka Lock and applies the Clutch. Flair tags in and sends Baszler down after a backbreaker and shot into the corner. Flair knocks Jax off with a big boot. Baszler rolls Flair for a 2 count. Flair with the Figure Four on Baszler now.
