Nia Jax vs. Alicia Fox

We go to the commentary team of Michael Cole, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton. They recap how the match came about.  Alicia Fox makes her way to the ring followed by Nia Jax next.

The bell rings and Alicia nails a dropkick. She unloads with kicks and a forearm and attempts a front headlock but Nia scoops and ram Fox into the corner and drops Fox. Fox with a kick to the head. Nia with a kick to the back and a running splash in the corner. Jax tosses Alicia and kicks Fox back multiple times. Nia applies Fox with a submission hold. Fox tries to make a comeback but Nia strengthen the hold. Fox with another attempt comeback but Nia tosses her hard across the ring. Fox sidesteps out of the corner and gets some offense in with drop kicks. Nia still standing. Fox gets sent to the apron but drops Nia over the top rope. Fox goes up top and hits a crossbody for a 2 count.

Fox with the scissors kick for a 2 count. Nia runs Fox over with a running splash. Nia scoops her but Fox slides out. Nia with a running hip attack in the corner before scooping Fox up for the devastating Samoan Drop for the win.

After the match, Nia stands tall as we go to replays. Nia makes her exit while Fox is still down in the ring.

Nia Jax vs. Alicia Fox (Kickoff Match)

Nia Jax has grown accustomed to demolishing the competition, but that could change this Sunday as she battles one of WWE’s most veteran and least predictable Superstars, Alicia Fox, on the WWE Clash of Champions Kickoff.

Granted, the first and only match between the two, on the Sept. 12 edition of Raw, ended abruptly when Nia bulldozed Alicia through — not onto, not over, but through — the ringside barricade. Yet, the former Divas Champion got her licks in before that crash, and the emphatic ending no doubt adds to Foxy’s animosity toward the juggernaut of Raw’s Women’s division.

The unwieldy Alicia Fox tries to take down the formidable Nia Jax in this Raw matchup.

The rivalry has been personal from the start. On the Sept. 5 Raw, Nia overpowered Ann Esposito, a longtime friend of Alicia’s, and following that massacre, Fox confronted the juggernaut backstage. Exhibiting the type of erratic behavior that the WWE Universe has come to expect from her, Alicia went ballistic and showed no signs of intimidation, despite Jax’s well-documented path of destruction.

Nia has rag-dolled Alicia once before, but is it possible Fox came away from that beating with a better understanding of how to counter the imposing power of her Kickoff opponent? Or will Nia make Alicia fall like the rest and level her with the delicacy of a wrecking ball?

Nia Jax vs Alicia Fox

We go to the ring and out comes Alicia Fox first. We see her backstage segment with Nia Jax backstage last week. Nia is backstage with Tom Phillips and says she delt with wackos like Alicia and she don’t do crazy. Nia goes on to say Fox can be as predictable as she wants but when she walks through the curtains she is going to beat the crap out of Fox until she can’t get up or gives up.

Nia is out to the ring. They go at it to start. Nia pushes Fox off the top turnbuckle onto the floor. Alicia looks to take control with kicks and a sleeper hold but Nia rams her back into the ring post. Nia slams Alicia and sends her into the barriers a few times. Nia asks Alicia if she wants to get crazy and then tosses her into the barricade. Nia charges in and sends Alicia through the barrier with a devastating spear. Officials check on Fox as Nia looks on before leaving.

– Back from the break and we see what just happened to Fox. Cole says she was helped out of the arena and is being evaluated.

Nia Jax vs Ann Esposito 

Nia Jax is out to the ring while her opponent waits for her. We get a recap of Fox friend. Jax grabs Esposito by the face and tosses her head first into the corner. Esposito hits a few leg kicks. Esposito hops on Jax’s back and locks in a sleeper hold. Jax throws Esposito off her. Esposito crawls to the corner. Jax hip attacks her multiple times. Jax picks Esposito up and hits a Samoan drop side slam for the win.

Backstage segment

Alicia Fox is backstage coming out of the trainer’s room after checking on her friend Ann. Nia Jax approaches her and rubs it in. This leads to Alicia snapping and telling Nia to get out of her face. Nia shoves her into a table and walks off. Alicia yells for Nia to come back and talk it out before going to commercial.

Nia Jax vs. Hyan

Nia Jax is coming out to the ring as her opponent Hyan waits in the ring. We see video from earlier of Andrea D’Marco interviewing her opponent. Hyan says her heart is big like everything else in Texas. Andrea hopes it’s still beating after tonight. Nia Jax with a decimating clothesline to Hyan. Jax with a forearm to the back of Hyan. Jax tosses Hyan back down to the mat. Jax with elbow drops. Jax with shoulder jabs in the corner. Jax grabs Hyan by her hair and tosses her across the ring. Nia picks up Hyan and Samoan drop her into a side slam by Jax for the win.
