Savelina Fanene is a former WWE Superstar and E! Total Divas Star. She was a force to be reckoned with in the women's division. Savelina aimed to prove to be the most dominant and fierce competitor that stepped in the ring, and she did just that during her 7-year stint in WWE, where she became RAW Women's Champion and two-time Women's Tag Team Champion etching her name in history for years to come.
There was one thing that was painfully clear when someone stepped in the ring with Savelina: "She was not like most women".

Back to the ring and out comes Nia Jax. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Emma waits with Nia while Sasha Banks makes her entrance. Bayley is out next, stopping to hug two young female fans sitting near the stage.
Nia starts off with Bayley and mocks her over her shoulder. Bayley attacks first but Nia cuts her off and splashes her in the corner. Nia scoops Bayley for a Samoan Drop but Sasha runs in to make the save. Nia ends up sending both opponents down on the floor. She taunts them and stands tall in the ring as we go to commercial.
Back from the break and Emma has control of Bayley. Bayley tries to fight back but in comes Nia to keep her down. Nia works Bayley around and drives her hard into the mat on the injured shoulder at one point. Bayley finally gets the hot tag when Emma is in. Sasha unloads on Emma and hits a dropkick. Sasha with a cheap shot to Nia before hitting double knees on Emma in the corner. Sasha with a 2 count on Emma as Nia breaks the pin.
Bayley comes over but Nia sends her out to the floor. Banks kicks Nia to the floor. Bayley leaps out onto Nia but she catches her in mid-air. This leads to Bayley shoving Nia into the ring post. Sasha comes back into the ring but Emma rolls her up for a close 2 count. Bayley tags herself in as Sasha floors Emma with a knee. Bayley goes to the top and comes down for a Bayley-to-Belly on Emma for the pin as Nia looks on.
Fatal 5 Way for the RAW Women’s Title: Nia Jax vs. Emma vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley vs. Alexa Bliss
We go to the ring and out comes Bayley first. Emma is out next, followed by Nia Jax and then Sasha Banks. RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss is out last. We get formal ring introductions from JoJo.
The bell rings and they go at it. Nia ends up splashing Bliss on accident in the corner, sending her to the floor. Emma, Bayley and Sasha triple team Nia to dropkick her out of the ring. Sasha and Bayley team up to send Emma to the floor so they can go at it with each other.
They barely get going as Nia pulls Sasha out of the ring and launches her into the barrier. Bayley goes at it with Nia in the ring but Nia shrugs her off and headbutts the injured shoulder. Emma comes in and attacks Nia but Nia catches her and plants her into the mat. Bliss comes in and argues with Nia. Bliss goes for a DDT but Nia catches her and drops her. Nia yells at Bliss about hitting her and launches her across the ring. Nia splashes Bliss in one corner and Emma in the other. Bliss kicks Nia and knocks her down to one knee. Bliss yells in Nia’s face that she’s nothing without Bliss. Nia catches Bliss and puts her on her shoulders, using her to knock Sasha off the top. Nia grabs Sasha and Bliss on her shoulders at the same time for a double Samoan Drop. Nia covers for a pin but Bayley breaks it up.
Bayley attacks but Nia manhandles her. Bayley counters that and applies a guillotine submission. Nia tries to dump Bayley over the top but she hangs on and uses the ropes. Nia ends up getting triple teamed tot he floor. Emma suplexes Banks but Bliss tries to steal the pin. Emma stops it. Emma and Bliss have words in the middle of the ring. Emma gets slapped. Emma unloads and drops Bliss for a close 2 count. Emma with shots to Sasha in the corner now. Nia comes back to the apron and hits Emma. Nia tries to suplex Emma to the floor but Emma fights her. Emma slides under her legs and tries to powerbomb Nia from the apron to the floor. Bayley and Sasha assist to drive Nia to the floor. She lands hard on the back of her neck.
Emma ends up getting a close 2 count on Bliss in the ring now. Bliss comes right back with a pin of her own. Bliss wit some trash talking to Emma. Bayley catches Bliss and launches her into the corner. Emma with a butterfly suplex to Bayley. Emma with the low splash on Bayley in the corner for a 2 count. Emma and Sasha go at it now. Sasha with a bulldog. Sasha with knees to Emma for a 2 count as Bliss breaks it up. Bliss and Banks go at it now. Bans with the Backstabber into the Banks Statement.
Bayley breaks the hold and saves Bliss. Bayley with a 2 count on Bliss. Bayley hits the Bayley-to-Belly on Bliss for a 2 count as Banks breaks it up. Bayley stops Sasha’s pin on Bliss next. Nia comes back in and she’s not happy. She drops Banks and hits the big leg drop for a 2 count as the pin is broken by others. Nia ends up hitting the ring post shoulder first as Bliss side steps. Bayley gets launched into Emma, knocking her off the apron. Bliss takes advantage and drops Bayley with a DDT for the pin.
Earlier this month Nia took part in the Dia&Co fashion runway where she was able to model for the Dia&Co and attend their weekend festivities. “This week, I got the chance to meet one of my favorite public figures: professional wrestler and plus-size model Nia Jax.
I had never really paid much attention to wrestling (especially women’s wrestling) because I felt so removed from the women on the show. Sure, they were powerful and talented … but I couldn’t make that personal connection. Then, I laid eyes on Nia. This stunningly beautiful plus-size woman walked down the ramp toward the ring, hopped in, and absolutely kicked butt. She was respected, she was celebrated, and she was plus-size while doing it. My entire heart swelled. I had never seen someone like Nia, and honestly, I cried.
When I heard that not only would she be at theCURVYcon, but that I would get to watch her walk the runway and get to interview her, I lost it. On the runway, her presence is electric. She’s commanding without saying a word, and every step she took down the runway was strong, beautiful, and powerful. When I met her later on, I knew that I would ask her about her feelings about being plus-size, and I had no idea that I would get so much more than that. She was so powerful and strong in a completely different way than her heel character. She gave wonderful advice for other people (all people, not just plus-size people) on how to feel great in your skin.
She let us into her personal life by talking about how her cousin, Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson, constantly encourages her to be confident and comfortable in her body no matter what. In fact, just the night before, he had tweeted out a Yahoo Lifestyle article about Nia’s runway debut.
Jax shared that even Johnson had struggled in the past with confidence in his signature stature because he looked different. She talked about dispelling myths, and fashion rules that plus-size women are expected to follow. For Nia, it was stripes. She wore stripes on the runway on purpose and laid that notion right to rest.
It was so unexpected to hear from someone so beautiful and strong that they’ve felt the same uneasy feelings that we all have. I can’t tell you how comforting it was.
At the end of the conversation, she told me that she loved our talk because it was so natural. I was flattered, of course, but especially because it’s something we have in common. WWE fans adore Nia because she’s a pillar of unapologetic strength. I hope to inspire people the way that Nia does every day, and it’s pretty epic when your idols are exactly what you wanted them to be.”

Nia Jax vs Alexa Bliss
We go to the ring and out comes RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss for this non-title match. Nia Jax is out next. The bell rings and Bliss stalls by dodging Nia. She goes to the floor and Nia tells her to bring it back in. She comes back in and goes for a hip lock but Nia slings her across the ring, back out to the floor. The referee counts and Nia tells Bliss to get back in the ring. Bliss comes back in and hides behind the referee but Nia grabs her. Nia lifts Bliss high by the arm and holds her but Bliss breaks free with a knee. Bliss tries to run away but Nia grabs her. Bliss slaps Nia and run towards the ramp. Bliss tries to leave but the music interrupts and out comes Sasha Banks. Bliss runs back towards the ring but she runs into Nia and hits the floor. Nia stands over Bliss at ringside as we go back to commercial.
Back from the break and Nia is in control. Bliss turns it around and Nia hits hard in the corner post. Bliss steps on Nia’s back and goes to the top for a crossbody but Nia catches her mid-air and hits a Samoan Drop for the win.
After the match, Sasha hits the ring and jumps on Jax’s back but Nia slams her to the mat. Nia stands tall until Bayley’s music hits and out she comes. Nia signals Bayley to bring it but she just looks on from ringside. Bayley steps up on the apron and enters the ring, standing with Bliss and Banks. They take Nia out and send her to the floor. Nia leaves as the other three look on from the ring.
Sasha Banks vs Emma with Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss on commentary
Alexa is at commentary before the match start. Sasha and Emma got at it before taking each other down at the same time. Nia’s music hit and outcomes Nia. She stare down the laid out Emma and Sasha before heading over to join commentary. Nia talks her relationship with Alexa and how she plans to beat everyone at No Mercy to become champion. Sasha goes on to defeat Emma to end the match.
Throughout the weekend Nia Jax was involved in the Curvy Con for New York Fashion week. One of the many activities she took part in was walking in the Dia & Co runway. See her runway walk and interview below
